I am a customer at Arrons Rental in WV and our payments are set up on the 1st and 15th as well and they do have lousy customer service treating folks like they are to stupid to know whats going on but all those rental places are like that they should understand that just because you cant buy stuff outright dosent make you stupid

I am a customer of Aarons in Sacramento and I pay my payment every 1st and 15th, and I do agree they treat you like crap! I have been renting from them for almost a year now and when a payment for us is due, I have to put them in thier place and let them know we are not some ghetto trash from the neighborhood they are located in, and that if they call my house talking to us as if we are, than they can come get their stuff and rent it out to those people who will more than likely steal it and run! They need to train their people to be customer service oriented and not bullying goones!

We have had an Aarons account for years now having paid off and gotten more from them. We have always had a semi monthly account due to getting paid that way. I am not sure if all Aarons are the same from south to north. As for us we love Aaron's and have nothing but good things to say about them. We have always had great stuf from them.

I am fairly sure that Aaron's never has or had semi monthly (1st AND 15th) accounts. When I was a store manager with them, you could go one of three ways. Monthly (due on the first or the fifteenth), Biweekly (Due every other Saturday) and Weekly (Due every Saturday). So could it be possible there was miscommunication there? Just call their store (or a neighboring one if you like) and ask for the District Manager's number. There may be a way they can give you an extension on your account to move it ahead by half a month or something. Meanwhile you keep paying a biweekly payment on the 1st and the 15th, but you'll just be paying that much early. That should stop calls and reinstatement fees. Good Luck.
