We where never married and I have no idea why the ex was involed in this matter at all other than being nosey. I guess I will have to do some deeper digging on that matter.

While reading your post, it was very easy to think that Aarons had broken some privacy issues. However, at the very end, you disclose that it was your ex that is involved. The first question would be, how would he even know about this issue, unless you had told him? Could he have also been on the contract? Is it possible that he has ID that shows him living at the same address? Same address/ same last name, easy to understand then. It seems that there has to be some link with the ex already. If your not legally divorced or legally separated, I don't see where Aarons intentionally disclosed private information intentionally. They most likely thought it was just a husband trying to help with the issue. You would know more on how the ex already knew about certain things. It seems that he is more at fault. That Aarons was not trying to harm you, there intention most likely was to help.
