UPDATE : This complainant was sentenced to a misdemeanor resisting a peace officer and was found guilty and sentenced to community service.
On another note the Manager at this store has gone above and beyond to try to do the right thing with his customers, sometimes to a fault. This individual signed a legal binding lease agreement and did not uphold her responsibilities. Legal action was filed in accordance with State Of Illinois Law only as a last resort.
The case is public record and available at www.circuitclerk.co.st-clair.il.us/icjsearch.htm case #08cm0000972
Legal action against a consumer is rarely performed, when action is filed, its ususallydue to all effortsbeing exhausted.
In almost all cases, with proper communication, Aarons has given employees the flexibilityto help customers to achieve ownership of there products.

This post is the most obvious piece of fiction I have ever read on this site. Seriously - someone breaks into her house, attacks her and takes merchandise she has paid for, and SHE goes to jail ???????? Get real !!!! She is almost as big of a liar as Charles in Phenix City.

I personally dont believe a word of this. I have major trouble believing ANY rent/lease place would go to this extreme to recover. The hinky meter is roaring on this one. I also think there should be rather sever repercussions to people who come here and post crap like this with NO proof

This is the most ridiculous story I have ever seen on here. There was a replevin--meaning a JUDGE signed off on it---but you claim all payments were made. You CLAIM forced entry and assault, but for whatever reason, YOU went to jail?! Sounds like the "white haired guy was likely the sherriff or deputy who had to detain you as you freaked out causing your trip to jail. I think I can clear this up. You tried to steal, you got caught, and you are full of crap.
