A & B Auto Sales ripoff dishonest fradulant his employee Ann L Bell forged my name to a contract Jacksonville Florida
My husband went to A&B Auto Sales to purches a car from them with the understanding that Ahmen give him a 12% intrest rate with $700.00 down he had gotten a 2002 nissian altima
Ahmen said to my husband that he would send the contract in the mail. We had gotten the contract a little over two weeks later only to find that my name had been forged to the contract and the intrest rate was at 19% and the down payment had appeard to be higher than what we had put down it was $1200.00 .
I called Ahmen he said he did not have time for this right now. then the nissian altima broke down just a few days later we called him back he said to take the car to nssian to have them look at the car. well we did there was alot wrong with this car, it had been wrecked the service department said this car should have never been sold in the condition that it was in.
now nissian in orange park florida still has the car
and Ahmen will not return our call or settle this matter
I would like for this car to be out of my name. and for him to never be able to sell automotive again
