Jacksonville,#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

I worked for this company starting in the sales department and you basically take drama or acting lessons before they send out on a sales presentation. Once you have passed your acting class then you move out in to the field you are sent on leads that the telemarketing department sets for you. The telemarketers must make the appointment when both husband and wife/dual homeowners are home, because part of the tactic is that the one or the other can not use the excuse that they are not the decision maker. After the sales presentation is completed you go through a very trained sales tactic, where no matter what your rebuttal is the salesman has been taught what to say. The salesman may even call the office to speak with the sales manager to see if they can give you a discount. Meanwhile, they are using every sales tactic in the book. They will also sell you reburbished equipment as new. Because I had moral issues with the sales manager and their tactics, I quit. Then I received a call several weeks later from my departure from them asking me to come back as telemarketing manager, which I did. They ask you to work ridiculous hours, ask you to lie to the consumer over the phone, and treat the employees with such disrespect it is unbelievable. If you sign a contract they will not let you out of it regardless - YOU WILL PAY MONEY TO HAVE IT UNINSTALLED EVEN IF IT IS WITHIN THE 3 DAY TIME PERIOD. I am only writing this because when I need a product I research it first, I am hoping that you do the same thing, in this economy don't hurt yourself by getting a rainsoft system the hassle is worth using JEA city water. When I worked there the owner of the company worked their with his wife and 2 boys along with his ex-wife. They were all liars and theives, including their sales manager Kimball.
