I placed an order with ABC Dist. Company on 1/5/06. It supposed to be shipped from said company on 1/20/06. It has been 18 days and the item still has NOT been received.

I tried to track the package that apparently was sent via US parcel post and was told the track number that ABC provided does not exist. ABC Dist. will not answer the phone (I was on hold for 45 minutes) ...will not respond to e-mail or fax.

The intended manner of using the Rip-Off Report is as follows: 1. Search the Rip-Off Report first 2. Order product/service if no significant problems are found 3. Report any problems to warn others NOT 1. Carelessly order without researching the Rip-Off Report first 2. Then come to the Rip-Off Report to complain, only to be shocked to discover that multitudes of complaints already exist for the same conpany ABC Distributing clearly had 80 complaints on the Rip-Off Report BEFORE YOU ORDERED. Some companies have hundreds of complaints and people STILL order from them! Did you expect that all of the other folks who got scammed by ABC and complained just had "bad luck" and your order wouLd be rushed to you with no problem? Sure! I've read the Rip-Off Report daily for a very long time and I'm still in awe of how people can FIANLLY TAKE THE TIME TO RESEARCH a company AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN SCREWED, but DO NOTHING TO PREVENT THE PROBLEM. Thanks again Rip-Off Report! It may be hard to believe, but there are lots of us who actually DO our research FIRST on the BEST consumer protection site on the internet - The Rip-Off Report.
