ABC Mold Removal Stole domain name from our company to trick customers, subcontracts work to another company but portrays work as their own Internet
This company has built its reputation on fraud. The following should be noted:
*One of the domain names, aihealthsolutions.com, is pinpointed to their domain name abcmoldremoval.com, even though they did not start this domain name. This domain name was registered to our company, however, through a mishap the hosting company let the domain to the public and abcmoldremoval.com purposely purchased the domain name with the intent of selling it back to our company at an outraeously high price!
*They do not perform their own services. Look up their tax listing, they are not registered with the state!! They do not have business insurance, a tax id number, or employees. This is a one man operation working out of his house to gather information to subcontract to another company that is not licensed as well!
*The testimonials do not belong to this company. The owner of the website built a website for another company and took the other company's testimonials to put on his website!

The report that we "stole" another companies website domain name are false allegations in the specificity of the word "stole". The domain name aihealthsolutions.com was up for sale from godaddy.com and we bought it from what might be the most reputable and recognized domain registrar and reseller in the world. (keywords: It was for sale and we bought it).
Months after acquiring it and having it redirect to our existing website for search engine optimization purposes, the previous owner of the domain name called us up (yes, months later) and told us they wanted it back and threatened us with legal action (which we were told by our legal staff they had no legal stance as their domain name expired and we bought it legitimately as it was up "for sale")
We still gave it back to the original owner of aihealthsolutions because we knew it was the right thing to do, and can understand the frustration if it really did expire because of them overlooking the renewal fee and still trying to do business without a website name matching your business name. We never even charged them to give it back, not even the amount we legally bought it for.
As for our testimonials belonging to another company by the same person, these allegations are also false in an attempt to discredit us by what was then a very upset owner. Every customer in our testimonials are our actual customers ( I should know, I'm the one usually holding the camera after a job well done, with many many more on my cameras memory that I haven't even uploaded yet).
They are all customers who called us and we helped them solve their problems. We have no unsatisfied customer in all the years we've been in business that we know of, and if so they have not expressed their concerns to us or else we would do everything to the best of our abilities to make it right. We are experts at cleaning and solving attic, basement and crawlspace issues as I myself have been specializing in these areas for close to 10 years.
For the other complaint about APEX/ABC, I have no clue who Apex is, that was no customer of ours. We're based out of Ohio and their address doesn't match anyone we've ever been affiliated with, nor does their phone number nor does the name David. We do not claim to be EPA certified for mold as there is no such thing. We are certified by MICRO and can be verified at www.findamoldexpert.com under Ohio listings.
Sorry for any confusion or misconceptions that these old reports might have caused. We had no idea these complaints even existed until a concerned person asked us about them which is why it took us so long to address these allegations. Thanks for reading. Have a great day.
