Abco Technology Refund Policy Change Los Angeles California
Signed up with Abco Technology for CCNA program. Paid for it and card was charged same day for class June 26, 2009, which didn't start till July 6, 2009. On July 6th, I signed a letter to withdraw from class, scanned it and emailed it.
Since I never signed form I was entitled to an immediate refund and Fathima gave me the run around and couldn't give me an Admissions Rep name and after I asked for the policy for 90 days refund three times she couldn't give me this "form."
Next day someone named Ambreen Ahmed sent an email saying I had to sign their own letter and either fax it or mail it, also saying that since it was the next day after start of class they were entitled to half of the class charge. Bogus!! Seems like they changed their policy to suit their scam!
Well, when I was sent Agreement form I never signed it, thank God. You know just in case I decided at last minute or for financial reasons to hold off on training.
The agreement form has nothing about a 90 day time frame for a refund. It's not normal business practice to say that she can't give me a name to the admissions department either.
Who are these people!? Please if anyone finds anything great on this Abco Technology training go elsewhere where at least normal business practices are an everyday thing.
Haven't heard anything yet, letting my bank deal with these people.
