Moving company said delivery would be in 5 to 6 days-- it took 14 dayes. No communication most of the time. other times gave bad delivery dates Could not find truth. The move was from Florida to Pennsylvania. ABCO went thru PA. to New England and then returned to Pa. to Wayne with the last delivery. In contact with the owner of the Company he said he would give $100.00 for the inconvenice I said no and then he said he would also give the carton fee of $139.00. Upon delivery he refused the carto fee. A total disaster.

Abco Van Lines of 4461 Eastport Parkway Port Orange Florida has no record of this move. Please respond with the correct shipper information. Our number is 800-881-1904 as stated in the complaint. This line rings to my personal home phone in the evenings. Abco owns 7 other telephone numbers, communication with us is not difficult, just call. We are a mover with 23 years experience in the industry. We are not a new or inexperienced company. We do make mistakes, we are late sometimes, we cannot control all circumstances. We are available for communication about problems and deal with them as they occur. Every move and every customer is important to us.
