Although Abdul Latif Jameel Company is the largest Toyota distributer in the world, it has been proven over the years that the company generated its reputation solely and only from its ties with the great Toyota name. Unfortunately, the company is an obvious example of what conspiracy is. They always allege they are customer focused and employee friendly environment, but they are contrary the opposite. The top administration in the company consists of those who are loyal to the family that owns it; regardless of their qualifications or authenticity. Whenever a problem occurs with an employee or a customer, it is impossible to reach out to the president of the company or any of his family members associated with the business. All correspondences that are sent to the leadership of the company end up going to the decision maker(s) who is/are the subject of the complaint. Simply, it is like going into a black whole.
