My check was cleared on 1-22-02 and it is now 3-9-02 and I still don't have my products. I enrolled in their Silver Club to receive their batteries,tightening gel and dietary supplement, it was suppose to take 3-4 weeks delivery. It has been 6 weeks and nothing. The phone has been disconnected and I get nothing from genesis customer service on line. I was almost 5 weeks on getting the machine to start with -- I paid for express delivery--an extra $10.00. Some Express Delivery ! !
I would like to have my products or my money back. I am not a happy customer although I do like the machine and it did work until I ran out of the gel and it shocked me.
