Abitz Law Group Marcy Abitz LOAN MODIFICATION FRAUD. All law firm partners are DIRECTLY involved. Hollywood , Florida
Marcy Abitz, and the Abitz Law Group charged $3000 upfront to provide loan modification services which involved leveraging their relationship with the bank (Bank of America), their expertise with the loan mod process, and their dedicated staff to complete, submit and follow up with the Bank during the loan mod process until a final decision on the application is achieved. The whole operation has proved to be a scam! I have a mountain of evidence (collected over 2 years) to prove it and I know that the principal of the firm is directly involved. Numerous complaints have been filed by dozens of customers. The Florida Bar has yet to take action. I will be taking other action shortly.
