I just want to say for all my collections I go to this group because they get results. I know in the instance of what happened they were going through some internal issues with organization. The firm paid back the money to everyone owed. We have gotten good personal service and we have tried other groups and they are the only ones that have gotten us money quickly and effectively. Steve Kahn knows his business and is not a crook but a person that is good at his job. I would recommend them to anyone that has account payable issues and wants to get their money paid to them.

We paid Mr. Rothstein his $2000 and have the check to prove it. We have lots of customers and we try our best to accomadate everyone. However, it is not always possible to mail checks out earlier than we are supposed to. Contract states that we must wait for all deposited checks to clear from debtors before mailing out any checks to our clients. Mr. Rothstein did not seem to agree with that premise and became quite irate when we did not mail his check out early. I am sorry, however I can not jeopardize my companies financial position to satisfy an irate and irrational client. Mr. Rothstein went above and beyond at this point, contacted numerous people in order to disrupt my business, sent out numerous threatening emails, and became quite persistent in calling our offices unnecessarily. There are two sides to every story...Last and certainly not least, he was charged a fair percentage, 20%, which is an industry standard on commercial collections, far from a premium.

I just filed a report, because I saw your write-up on Abraham Roth & Associates. I can not get anyone to respond or call me back either. My husband and I have quite a few customers who owe us money, so we sent their information to Abraham Roth & Associates to get the money collected. I think Abraham Roth & Associates is an internet scam pretending to be a collection agency. They may actually collect money, but never have the intention of sending any money to the company they are collecting the money for.
