ABS Computers ripoff business Whittier California
Ordered a computer through this company. What i received would not do anything I had calledand ask about. No USB 2.0 support, wrong sound card, modem incomplete, software missing for keyboard, etc.
Was working on the raod. At first all appeared good. Then came back off the road and had time to dig into the system. Then found the missing or incomplete pieces, lack of software, etc. Upon calling I then found out that my tech support was canceled. Would have never bought a system without solid tech support.
Their attitude was tough, they would refund the cost of the tech support. Which they never did. Then they were advertisng the support I called and ask. Was told they had it back but would not cover me. Have tried everyhting to work with them, but they have made no effort to make it right.
With in 90 days all of these things happened, then they even refused to take the system back. I was stuck with a $1,500 system that was incomplete and no support.
