On 6 Feb 02 I ordered, by phone the abs engizer for $85.85 with my credit card. On 8 Feb 02, change of mind, I called them back and spoke to michael to cancel order and refund my money. Michael said he would and my credit card would be credited. Nothing happen, so on 6 Mar 02, I called and got Michael again (lucky me)and he told me the same thing, he would credit my card. Nothing happen and on 28 Mar 02, I called again and he said this time that is should be credited by 6 April 02. It is 12 Apr 02 and no credit.

I called today (12 Apr 02) and spoke to Michelle and she says the order was sent out earlier this week and nothing she can do. i ask to speak to a manager, Michelle when and got Hanadez and he says the he can not refund me my money because the invioce was made on 7 FEB 02, and it was noway to cancel the order even though he saw the notes of cancellation on the 8 FEB 02. I told him I notified his company in plenty of time to cancel and if the order was sent he should blame Michael for lying to me and I still want my money back and I DO NOT WANT HIS PRODUCT. "I WANT MY MONEY" I told Hanadez I was going to contact the Better Business Beaura, he replied "go ahead if you want to, we can not refund your money until you sent the box back when it gets there".

I travel, I work for Dobbins ARB, GA. and I am sigle so when that so call box gets here I may or may not be home and I still want my money back if you can help me. ( the number to BBB in CAlifornia is 1-909-426-0813 I got it from the information operator for the California area and that is what the TV commercial show for the product location, I got the last part of the advertisement on TV. Please help me get my money.

i had an account at this bank me and my husband and then i open one for my granddaughter in her name then i cosign for her account well in the mean time she went back into the bank to draw herself some of her saving out the teller told her that she could get more out if she needed it so some how they withdrew 14,000 dollar out of the bank and didn't have moeny in the account to cover this tranaction so now they have close my account with my husband on this account and holding me and him liable for this money i didn't sign for her to get this money and the bank are looking at me to pay this money back and i don't work i am on social security me and my husband and i don't know what to do is there anyway you can help me with this matter the bank name is nae federal credit union 755 battlefield blvd.n chesapeake va.23320. i feel like i have been rip off by this bank to cover someone embezzelment inside the bank some money out of the bank and the teller told her

i bought a 2002 nissan altima at carriage 5/08/05 nissan in gainesville,ga.the car look good,drove good the car look perfect . a week after i brought the car i had tint put on the windows i notice that the tint was tearing from the window i called they look at it stated that it needed a part for the window i brought the part but it did't fix the problems i was told that if i wanted the window fixed i would have to pay over a thousand dollars to get it fixed.i also asked to purchase the extended warrenty on the car since i am finding problems with the car to help with expenses i was told that i could not get a extended warrenty on the car that the miliages was passed 36,000 miles , when i bought the car it had 43,500 miles on it. i also was told that the car had been wreck that when he look at the window and took the door panel off it had alot of glass in the inside of the door this is my major concerns i have more to tell they keep giving me the run around please help me if you can.

all glass tinting in springville , al is a total rip off...... their add reads "we come to you since 1988". they come to you all right and take your money without tinting your windows.. icalled clinton noble of all glass tinting on friday 09/24/04 to get the windows tinted in my brand new 2004 ford mustang.he said that would be a 2 hour job for 104.00 tax included. he came to my office to do the windows and said that sometimes on jobsite like mine dust got on the film and would not stick. he asked if it would be all right if he took the car back to his shop in springville wich is no more than 20 miles from my office. i agreed he then proceeded to tell me that he would need full payment before he would complete the job. of course that was my first mistake paying him with the job not complete. he said he would have my car back at my office by 4p.m. he left at 1:30p.m. with my car. at 4p.m. icalled mr noble to check on the stats of my car just to get a voice mail.. i called him 6 times in 45 minutes at 4:45 p.m. mr noble called and told me he was working on my car he had the wrong film and had to get some different film.he promised me he would be through with my car in 1 hour 10 minutesso at 6:15 icalled mr noble only then to get no answer i called him and left7 messages on his home phone and cell phone only to get no response at 7:15 i called him oly to leave a message if i had notheard from him in 30 minutes i would report the car stolen. he called in 2 minutes.... to tell me he was having troubl getting the film to stay i told him to bring the car back and he could finish the job on monday... anotyher hour passed no car no response from mr noble finally at 8:00 pm my car was returned. wwhen he left there was no tint whatso ever on my windows. he promised he would return to do the job on monday. he had put 171 miles on my car in a 40 mile round trip tospringville from my office. after many numerous calls on monday he called to tell me his mother was sick and he had to take her to the doctor and woulod be here this morning to finish the job this is tuesday no sign of mr noble!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have left numerous messages that i was going to report him and that he left his brief case in my car with no response. needless to say he took my 104.00 dollars and had a weekend on me to everyone who may come in contct with him please remember hes a thief!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
