ABSOLUTE FUN PARTY RENTALS Bait & Switch - Was told one Price in person then went to rent and the price was $200.00 More Cranston, Rhode Island
Slide was setup in parking lot stoped by, asked how much to rent the 24ft slide and was told $275.00, took down number.
3 days later called to rent and was told $475.00 + Setup & delvery when I said that was not the price I was quoted they were sorry and three other people called to rent and were also given the wrong price, thet the sales person was her first year and that price was for a 16ft small slide and included setup & delvery.
very misleading becouse there was only one slide setup in parking lot nothing about other size slides.

First of all we rented a slide and bouncer to a company for grand opening.. There is a sign clearly advertising free party worth $275 call today to book.. The Giant slide there on site is $475 per day it is 24 feet high . We have many different slides ranging from $275 and up. This was our first weekend at the grand opening and the staff that was there was to watch the children on the units for their safety . They were told if customers have any questions regarding booking or availability to call the office.
As far as my staff answering questions they are advised to watch the children and leave the questions to the office. I feel that is acquisition is false my workers know when that when they are staffed at a unit that their main focus is watching the children for their safety, not to answer questions regarding pricing or booking but to advise people to call the office. All of our employees that are stationed at the units are to focus on the children for their safety on our units. As far as comment I think that is a false acquisition and believe that the customer saw the sign for $275 but neglected to read the bottom free party. Our staff does not know the prices the only ones they know is the slide r bouncy prices to go on as a ride, We had brochures and business cards that were passed out to all customers with our number so they may goto website or call our office. We are very sorry for reading the sign for $275 fre party and that it confused you. Because we have over 50 different units it is best to call the office for booking or questions. It is very hard to know the pricing for over 50 units. I am very sorry for any confusion this may have caused. We have been in business for over 11 years and we received many happy compliments for very happy customers. Anyone questioning this false statement we will be happy to provide a list of happy customer we have had over the 11 years of business....
