Academy Cruises & Tours diane tuttle Beware, this travel agent will send you on a trip to h**l san luis obispo California
Diane Tuttle, owner of Academy Cruises and Travel, is a dangerous person who will lie, steal and basically make sure that you get screwed on your next vacation.
She takes deposits for trips, but doesn't record them. She must have a ADD, drug addiction or is not taking enough meds, as she will completely forgot conversations and emails pertaining to dates and places for your trip.
You will end up going someplace you didn't want and you'll arrive the wrong day. i ended up paying extra to un-do a airfare she booked improperly. another leg was so messed up, i ended up ending my vacation a week early in order to catch the flight she incorrectly booked. if not, i would have paid for a brand new ticket at last minute higher price.
I don't need to write much more as if you google her name or company, all types of complaints come up in the search. if only, i had done that first before i gave her my credit card number.
