I also ordered the free trial. And, as this consumer stated, I was billed $89.31. Upon seeing this charge on my account, I first tried to go to their website. The page reads "This website is temporarily unavailable." So I called the Customer Service Number that appeared on my bank's online information regarding the transaction. Unlike the other consumer, I was put on hold, and my call was answered in approximately 5 minutes. The man was very helpful. He stated that the charge was for the next shipment (which had, incidentally, already been shipped), but that he was canceling my account. He also stated that, when I get the product, ship it back and get a tracking number which he will then use to issue me a refund for the $89.31. I will keep this board informed of the results.
