I ordered this product online on 11-8-08 for the $5.95 trial period and had 15 days to cancel. It was my fault I forgot and was charged an additional $88.62. When I looked at my bank account (12-10-08) I had been charged twice for this product, plus a 71 cents fee and in addition a $27 NSF fee from my bank. I immediately called and complained about being charged twice. I asked why I was charged a 71 cent fee and they could not properly explain. I asked did they really know and was given the same spill. I also requested a refund of the NSF charge I had because I had enough money for one charge of $88.62 to go through but not two. I'm not sure where the customer support center really is because the CS rep I talked to could not understand English very well. Since then I have called 5 more times and chatted online twice. I also faxed them a copy of my bank statement (minus important information) where I was charged twice because they argued with me that I was not charged twice! I write down each time I talk to them along with their name. Today (1-13-09) I became totally fed up. I talked to someone online then called what was said a number where I could expedite the process. What a joke! I got the same spill from this different number that I have been getting all along. Nothing changes in what they say which is "it is in the refund department and I will get a refund in 3 to 7 business days." Well it's been since 12-20-08! I did get the "corporate" address from the CS Rep. When I asked what was the corporation name, all she said was to write AcaiBerry Department and direct it to the Refund Department. (Wow! And yes I'm being sarcastic.) I also asked "Dixie" where she was physically located and she said Florida. I asked what city and she said here in Boca Raton. You can never get direct answers to the questions they ask. It sounds like they are reading from a script. They are just CS reps and it just so happened that "Dixie" was one of the nice CS reps. The others I have talked to were rude. If you have trouble with these people, make sure you keep the order summary that is mailed with the product. I also suggest you call EVERY WEEK! If you have an attorney who can look into this I suggest you do this also. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!! I hope everyone will look into everything they buy online. I usually look at ripoffreport.com but forgot to when I ordered this. I have learned my lesson. Remember if something looks too good to be true it usually is!
