I was "sold up" on this deal 3 years ago. I have had it with Access Fleet. They have promised to help secure new business (of which I am supposed to do the biggest amount of the work). They were supposed to send me 5 qualified leads and a list of potential businesses to talk to. I followed up on the leads they sent me. I had one company that I got one repair job from. It was a 2 employee business. That was 2 1/2 years ago. For the last 2 years, they have not sent me any quarterly list or any qualified leads since. They happily take my money. I am in the process of changing that.

I hate to argue with actual staff of this company. The staff is protecting their own company because they are still employed by them. Listen, we got a sales rep in our store in California she promised us an increase in business sales as well as more and more repeated business for the future. Well that never came true. And my company is so open to a lawsuit in case anyone decides to go after the "Access Fleet Crooks".

This parlticular Justin hit Access Fleet on the head with his story. I worked with this company shortly (14 months) and this is exactly what they do. They lease equipment for 79$ a month and promise all types of fleet work. All they are is a credit card processing company. None of my authorized dealers received any type of fleet work. Anyone can get on with Wright Express or Voyager for free! They look small business owners into a lease which is third party for equipment that costs no more than $300.00, just to get leases out there. They are liars and scam artists. Jared Hackler is the owner not an employee and would not even speak to one of my accounts when they were upset. He "passes the buck"! Anyone getting into the Access Fleet program, Now echo daily, proceed with caution.

I was recently offered a sales position working for Access Fleet. Everything on the surface seemed legitimate. I was told I would work with auto repair centers and offer to set them up as Authorized Service Providers for Voyager and Wright Express and Voyager would send them government vehicles to work with and Wright Express would send them corporate vehicles to work on. They would also have to purchase a new credit card terminal and cancel their processing and sign up with Access Fleet to do their credit card processing. I was a little skeptical with some of the complaints I read online with their customers, and then came across this headline:
January5, 2011 - State Police Investigate Fraud Scam Involving Government Fleet Contracts; Scam Discovered in Five Counties - More Victims Possible.
After reading the article I found that they were doing exactly what had been described to me and offered with Access Fleet. Needless to say since I do not want to be arrested and face a 10 year prison term I did not accept the offer. So if you are considering a sales job as I was with this company I can only urge you to proceed with caution. If you are working for this company don't be surprised if the police come knocking on your door. I added the link to the article if anyone is interested. I have an auto repair shop and switched my credit card processing to Access Fleet with the understanding that I would begin to receive referrals I never received one phone call. I should have done my home work and asked for referrals of other shops in the area. I did a Google search and attached the links of my findings to this posting. They certainly show a pattern of deception. Hopefully other shops will read this before they get swindled like me.

Access Fleet is a Nation Wide Company that has been in business for nearly 5 years with over 10,000 customers, and 40,000 accepting locations. We offer excellent opportunities to Sales Agents and Customers.
Access Fleet would like to make it clear, that we know who the individual making this post is. He is also hiding behind a false display name, "Justin in Sacramento". Justin was the individual's Sales Director. This individual is a disgruntled Sales Agent who the company severed ties with because of misconduct and misrepresentation. Legal action is currently being taken against this individual, because of the damages caused during the relationship and after the relationship.
The content of this complaint aimed at the company and Jared Hackler personally are lies, which can easily be discredited by doing a couple of google searches. The goal of the individual who has made this post is an obvious attempt at causing further damages due to a personal vendetta. This matter will be solved in court, and this attempt to defame Access Fleet and Jared Hackler will be added to the damages.
