Dear Mr. Poelman:

My name is Sara Rich. I bought 3 store fronts at your seminar in Charlotte, NC on March 17, 2000. Before I bought I asked some very specific questions as did my husband when we went to the meeting where we signed up for the seminar. Frankly your sales people will promise anything even to the point of bold faced lies. Not being experienced in web site designs, we believed them. They were supposed to be the expert.

1. My husband asked if their was a limit to the storage space of the website at the price quoted and was told "No". This has turned out to be a lie. He specified that we would want to put in streaming video to show the homes on our Real Estate web site. He was told that that would be no problem.

2. I explained at the seminar that I wanted to be able to put in multiple pictures of the homes that I have listed. I asked if there was any limit to the number of pictures provided with this website purchase. I was told that there would be no problem. Nothing was said about additional charges when as asked if the pictures were included in the cost. I also

mentioned the streaming video tours of homes and they said that there was no problem unless they were too large to load quickly. I bought the package based on this information.

3. I specifically described another website that we wanted to do which would be selling videos. I explained that the idea was to allow visitors to see clips of the videos on line thru streaming video. They said that that would be know problem and was included in the package.

4. I asked if we could use a domain name that we already have but have not developed. Now it seems that there is an additional charge for that.

We have conversed with your customer service people and emailed back and forth for several months. They say that they are sorry but......

We have prepared our information and sent it on to you. We hope that you will honor the promises made by your sales staff or refund our money without our having to resort to a law suit for misrepresentation.

Sincerely,

Sara Rich
