Since your order wasn't complete until you called and confirmed it (a trick to try to upsell you), you ordered nothing. You never confirmed the order, and any charge to your credit card should be put into dispute as soon as you see it billed to you. Tell the bank you never placed an order since the merchant required telephone confirmation and you never confirmed that you wanted to process the order. These folks may just never bill you anyway but, if they do, get it charged back.
