After ordering three items from this website, I received an e-mail from the company confirming my order. Three days later (12/6), I receive notification that the items have shipped. The email I received should have been a big red flag to me as it stated "DO NOT CONTACT US UNTIL TEN DAYS HAVE PASSED FROM THE DATE OF THIS MESSAGE".  Clearly written in all caps.

After waiting their mandated ten days, I checked the tracking number of the package. Ten days after it add supposedly shipped, it finally shows up at their local postal facility (12/16), meaning that they hadn't actually shipped the item as they claimed they had. I replied to them and expressed my dissatisfaction with their erroneously stating that the item had shipped when it actually hadn't. I get a reply from them, again in all caps, telling me to click the link to track the package. Yet again, I reply stating that tracking the package is not the problem. Their delay in actually shipping it and lying about having ahipped it were the problem. The reply I received is nothing short of what horrible customer service is defined as!  Here it is:

"The tracking shows where it is. We cannot help you any further. If you are so ignorant that you want to complain to us about something we have no control over then I am sorry we cannot respond any further. Contact USPS with the tracking given to you if you have any questions."

If you value your money and your sanity, take your business elsewhere!  It is now 12/20. No sign of my package. No answers from the company as to why it took them 10 days to get my "shipped" package to a mail facility. But I'm the one they have the audacity to call "ignorant"!

I had the same experience. Shipping label created (12/17) with no additional tracking after that. Checked with the post office and the package was never sent out therefore not an issue with the holiday, delay in delivery etc. Just poor service. The package was only sent out AFTER I filed a complaint with the BBB almost 3 weeks later. I haven't received it yet, but after reading all the reviews about this company will be taking pictures at the post office as I take it out of my mailbox to verify the condition of the item after reading so many complaints regarding fake/damaged products from this retailer. FYI....the FBI IC3 unit also handles complaints about delivery non/receipt issues with internet sites.  http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx

Thanks for reminding me that I need to file my complaint with the BBB and the NY Attorney General for mail fraud.

And I see why. Did YOU perhaps forget that the Christmas season is the BUSIEST time for EVERY shipping company?? Just because the USPS doesnt pick up a package DOESNT mean that THEY did not do THIER part. Just because there is almost a week long backlog through EVERY shipping company DOESNT mean that THEY are scamming YOU!!! Did mommy and daddy teach you ANY patience or understanding?? How about COMMON SENSE?? No probably not since COMMON SENSE is a skill lacking in 90% of the American Consumers.

YOU were called ignorant BECAUSE YOU are showing IGNORANCE!! Then YOU compound an issue that THEY have no control over by sending THEM nasty emails. YOU cant start a fight then run and cry to everyone because THEY called you a name. How many "names' did YOU call them??
