accessory export, empire, sold defective micro memory card/returned/again received defective card riverside, California
I ordered a empire 32g micro memory card. The first card I received didn't work. I called the and told them what had happened. They sent a replacement. The replacement was also defective. I down load some music files to the card. When I checked the card it was discovered that there were additional files on the card. When I first formatted the card it didnt show these files. I didn't have these files in my computer memory. I also had check each audio mp3 with norton to make sure no virus was in the files. Nothing came up. But once I downloaded all these crazy files appeared. I am unable to erase them.....I cant use the card because of these files. I even tried using my blackberry 9780 to replair/clean memory card....it didnt work. I tried using the Norton program to delete then.....didnt work. Im returning both cards per their instructions...dont want no replacement I'll go to a brand name instead.
