Ace Industrial Supply Low quality products at extremely high prices, abusive sales tactics, violate telemarketing law, spoof caller id numbers, cursing Burbank, California
Ace Industrial Supply engages in some of the most egregious violations of Federal Law, State Law and good taste that I have ever encountered. Their telemarketing practices would make door to door used vacuum cleaner salesmen blush in shame. I have repeatedly asked to be taken off their telemarketing lists only to be cursed at, berated and repeatedly re dialed - sometimes as late as 11pm.
Apparently, this is in fact part of their staff training since I have received similar treatment from every salesman that has called over the past two years. Yes, you read that correctly, despite asking to be taken off their lists for two years, they continue to call.
I finally grouped all of their usual numbers with a unique ringtone so that I could simply let them curse at voice mail. Now they are spoofing caller id information in order to ladle out their daily dose of abuse.
I'm finally fed up with this and will record all further calls for the purposes of litigation.

Ace Industrial Supply has adopted and adheres to the policies described below to comply with the Federal regulations, and if applicable, state Do Not Call laws.
Ace Industrial Supply checks or scrubs telephone numbers on our calling lists against Do-Not-Call lists that we obtain, or we document why a person may be contacted without checking or scrubbing against any Do-Not-Call lists.
As required, we scrub against the Do-Not-Call list every 31 days. We also remove from our calling lists the telephone numbers of those individuals who directly request to be removed. While typically removal pursuant to a request is immediate, for full implementation please allow up to 30 days for your name and contact information to be removed. A company specific Do-Not-Call list (DNC list) is created by such individual requests.
We retain company specific Do-Not-Call requests for a minimum of 10 years or as required by Federal law. If you move or change your telephone number, please resubmit your request with your new address and/or telephone number be added to our DNC list.
In order to protect a customers privacy, it is the policy of Ace industrial Supply not to divulge, share or forward a customers request not to be called to another party and/or entity without the customers prior express consent.
