i also bought a faulty tool and am in the process of trying to get my money back but i WONT give up! you shouldnt either, especially with all the money you've lost. i would threaten a lawsuit if they don't cover all your costs and go through with the lawsuit. these people are scumbags and need a kick in the rearend for screwing so many people over. however, one person, and the only person that seemed to care says he'll work with me till i get my money back. his name is jerome and his extension is 1116. seems like a decent guy.
