Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I got an invoice from Ace Industrial for a tool order I got from Big State Supply. I called Ace and they said they would check into it and call me back. Its been a week and nobody has called back. I called Big State and they said they had some salesman leave that stole some accounts and this was the drama they were creating. They were calling customers with bills from their prior company and telling them that Big State was out of business and to send all payments to them. I found out this is untrue from Big State and have decided to only buy from companies other than Ace.

customers would order, get billed and never receive any product. It is actually illegal and Ace is under investigation for this from the California Attorney General. We will see what happens but I couldn't keep explaining this to the customers which we just took from the outside satellites.
