This customer is completely and absolutely mistaken. We did not charge her one penny for the exchange, out of the goodness of our hearts. The normal exchange fee is $20.00 plus $7.00 for shipping, but instead of charging her, we made an exception to our rule and processed the exchange with NO FEE CHARGED, and in addition we covered the shipping cost to send her replacement wig out to her. She obviously has not taken a very close look at her credit card statement, as it will clearly show only one charge -- the original one, for the wig she returned and ABSOLUTELY NO CHARGE for processing the exchange. I guess this is the thanks our company gets for trying to do a good deed and waive all fees for this customer. Kind of makes me feel like going back and charging her, but we're not that kind of people. It's people like this who try to give a good, reputable company a bad name. Maybe she should have looked at her credit card statement before making false accusations against us!!!!
