Aces and me,Inc cricket broadband does not go by there return policy Lexington, North Carolina
I got the cricket broadband from Lexington nc at Aces and Me, Inc. When I got it home it did not want to activate and I looked at the details off the broadband and my numbers did not match so i called them and he told me that it was not possible that they did not match up and told me to bring it in. When I went to take it back to the store, the store closed at 6:00 pm and i got to the store 8 min. till and they were closed so when i got to go back to the store they pluged it up and he found out that the numbers did not match and said that had never happend to them before but since i mailed in my rebate and you had to send in the side of the box he could not give me my money back and then they started to say that i changed the broadband piece out that it was not the one they gave me and i told them that was not the case and that i called and told them that every thing did not match up so why would i do that and the manager said that i sounds like i traded them out to get my money back.

Cricket Broadband has a return policy where you can return your device within 3 days and you will receive a full refund on the modem. did you return it within this time frame or you took it back after those 3 days?
if you purchased your modem at a cricket dealer, this policy may not apply.
sources: i used to have a cricket modem but it worked fine for me. i just educated myself about the terms and conditions of this company before buying it.
