Aclepsa Misleading shipping costs & dates, uncooperative customer service Internet
I am very upset with this company. I wrote twice to ask how I could track my order, and was not told how to do so either time.
In addition, I was told my order would arrive on the 28 of September, when the shipping order said 10-14 business days, which would put it at Sept. 20. This company is shipping perscriptions, and has a responsibility to ship them on time, or, at the very least, be honest about the length of shipping time.
Also, I wasn't given the cost of shipping until after I had ordered. (It turned out to be an outrageous $15.00.) Don't order from this site- there are better sites that are actually honest!
