I had signed contracts in a pre approved bank short sale. All parties singed and I was waiting for closing. While I was waiting the property was relisted for more money. They got another buyer. The new buyer signed a contract. The agent kept trying to get me to sign a release of contract, which I did not sign. I filed five Complaints. One of which was with the Governor of Florida. They wrote me back. I got three letters from them saying three different things. I called and they just gave me the run around. I dont know what else to do.

The property was not our offices listing. The property was a short sale. The complainant made an offer to the seller that was simply not accepted by the seller nor the lien holder. The complainant never received an executed contract. The seller received many offers during this time and decided to raise the price as most sellers would due to the high demand.
