Acme Research Group Mystery Shopping, Market research, Training & Consulting Sent me a check for $3,994.00 and could get ahold of the company to comfirm the check even though they give u a number to call t get the check actived Tipp City, Ohio
I was issued a check for $3,994.00 to be a mystery shopper but when I was told in the letter to call a number and I tried I get a Restriction -56 on my cell phone and that is the only phone that I have. But the check for that amount and how this is how they put it of how u are to spend it.
Probationary training pay......$450.00
Funds for shopping.......$100.00
Service Charge by WesternUnion/Money Gram.....$290.00
Required funds to be sent......$3,154.00
Total .........................$3994.00
I was just wanting to let everyone out there know about this company. The check they send you looks real. And probaly is but there is a cacth you have to call this phone number 514-663-3613 and you can't reach anyone if you have a cell phone and that is your only means of phone.

The check is not real.
Do not cash this check.
Do not send any money to anybody.
Do not contact these people.
This is a pure scam.
If you cash the check and send the money they require, you will be contacted by your bank in a couple of weeks telling you that the check is bad, and you need to repay the bank. Of course you don't have the money anymore, so your financial position will become even worse.
Rule of thumbs:
1. No reputable company will pay you before services are rendered.
2. When a company asks you to transfer money via Western Union, it it because that money becomes untraceable.
