Mr Gonzales, As you can read in report it says two customers decided to return their devices because of bad reception provided by Telus. Of course nobody complains on device. That is why return is necessary. You use the stage for unfair declarations. You just found the stage to promote your website "The truth about ACN". Got it.
I am not telling the ACN company is bad and I quit today. NO, Gonzales. I am in right place with right people. Good services, more to come, good opportunity. Thanks to G-d I have a honest people around me, not like I have met on this stage. My report have one purpose, to get attention of ACN and FIX things ASAP, because it creates bad image on ACN, the company I like, and makes damage for ages. If any IBO so smart , please help FIX unfair ACN Telus behaving and not battle with people who steps on ACN reputation. ACN itself creates a bad reputation in some circumstances. ACN IBO must be prepared to situation when ACN Telus will refuse return. But BBB.org complain will fix it, proven. The phones have been returned.

Gonzales, not honest to say only part of terms and conditions.
It says "MAY BE REPLACED".
NOT LIMITED for exchange only.
Read the terms:
Why to buy from ACN:
* No hussle 30 days return.
Return and exchange shows up as different words several times in Agreement.
It is not honest from you to defend ACN in all price.
You are the face of ACN.

Did you even read the agreement, here it is;
ACN and TELUS want to make sure you're happy with your online purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your wireless phone with the official sales receipt within 30 days of the purchase date. Phones purchased on a service contract may be exchanged free of charge. However, if you cancel your contract, cancellation charges will apply.
It obviously says EXCHANGED, so I don't even know what your complaint is. This is the same policy with any mobile carrier, when you sign a contract and walk out with a new phone.
Also ACN does not make phones, they sell services. You are complaining that the phone does not work, Well the Samsung Galaxy III, is one of the best phones on the market, so that makes no sense.
I have written so many long and detailed responses to all of these baseless claims by ANONYMOUS sources, that It's nauseating, so I'll just keep them simple.
If you want to know the truth about this just go to - ACNIBO: Read The Facts - and read the article. It will only take a few minutes and you will understand the facts, not just opinions of 100s of ANONYMOUS complainers, who claim to know the truth, but wont reveal who they actually are.
There is no point in defending ACN from people who just want to believe how bad it is, they will seek what they want to believe, if you're one of them, dont bother reading the article you might have to change your mind.
