ACS Frank Jackson fast cash international debt if not paid will go to court... wanted me to fax a letter of apoliogy ? California
Mr Frank Jackson called me one day and said he was from ACS and told me that i had a debt of 1,245.75 to be paid to Fast Cash international and that they have pressed charges on me and that i got the right to an attorny if i dont have one one can be appointed. He told me that if i faxed them a letter of apoliogy they would let me pay it out to keep it out of court. and i said i couldnt fax nething and he said for me to hold on and that he would contact them to see if i could make payment plans and i said ok. And when he came back online he said they said ok. So he then asked me how much could i pay and i said i dunno and he wanted around 300.00 but i said a hundred and he said ok then he kept wanted my debit card number and i told him i didnt have it and he said that he needed it and i said i said i dont have it so that made him mad and so i argued and he said i would be notified to be in court in the morning at 11 am and hung up. then he kept calling me... and i wouldnt never give him any payment infomation. because i felt leary about the whole deal then after i seen this on the website i told him he was a scam and that i wasnt paying him and he said sir ur calling a man of law a scam ill report this he said. so i just ignored him and they never call me back no more. thanks to this website i wouldnt of never known.
