Action Air I had the low voltage wire cut outside. Instead of repairing it they told me I needed a new thermostat and charged me $313.00 for a 35.00 item.I am totally upset with them and will report them. Wilmington Island, Georgia
I had heare they were a ripoff but i called them anyway. I had accidently cut my wire on my air conditioner outside, a low voltage wire. They fixed then told me I needed a new thermostat. They charged me 313.00 for a 35.00 item.. I am pissed
