Vicky Rice, who goes by the name Margerie Brubaker is the author of these "complaints". ..I've seen The GayDiamond Trilogy and know the behavior exhibited by Miss Rice. SHE'S NO VICTIM, but has victimized MANY, including these butthurt bogus reports!

She's a LIAR:The show showed how she got into it with a kid from the UK, but guess what our honest author did? She LIED to the British press that this same kid was a terrorist that makes BOMBS and the leader of the group Anonymous!

The above duplicate comments or from that convicted felon woman Acutus Ptolemy befriended in his harassment of itsmsmarge of youtube.  They both ganged up on her with other of his friends and they harassed MsMargie of youtube for going on 4 years now.  Acutus Ptolemy is not a great video editor as he labels himself and lauds his so to speak credentials. This man is a sad a pathetic figure that stole MsMargies video footage off her youtube account and attempted to exploit it for his own personal fame. When she objected to being exploited by Acutus  its sick, and its sad what he did to her and then teaming up with this convicted felon woman to threaten her and harass her. Margie was getting death threats. They were engaged in what went way beyond the pale and inciting hate crimes against MsMargie. Just sick so sad.  It is all true as someone else here said.  Acutus Ptolemy of Chicago did nothing spacial in making the Gay Diamond Trilogy he stole someone else youtube videos ( Margies videos ) and condoned others to threaten violence in order to use that footage, hurling gay slurs at her and inciting hatred.  Itsmsmargie of youtube DMCA'd the videos over 44 times and Acutus kept re-uploading them.  That's criminal infringement and *willful infringement both a felony. He justifies his actions by saying Itsmsmargie gave him permission to use her footage but after over 44 DMCA copyright infringement claims against him and an investigation under way for criminal infringement he is still sticking to his story.  He has no written authorization to use any of her footage. She has told him from the beginning no, that he could not use her footage, but he ratcheted up because he thought her video footage would bring him fame. Just a cursory look at your videos featuring Ms.Margie of youtube indicate what kind of a sleaze bag you are.  You think people can't see that?  People know what your about and you have been in court before because of it on internet. When it comes to judging this report, (as any report here) sort the truth by facts. It's obvious these statements are run on emotion, not fact, and that should make individuals suspicious. General, non-specific rants always make me suspicious. So do blanket statements.

These posters claim to know this individual intimately, they seem to think they know he drinks, and claim "Not to mention the people that have kept food in your belly and a roof over your head while you didn't make a single contribution." Very dramatic statement, but completely pointless.

It's obvious this is a case of misuse. An individual, or their buddies, have decided to attack someone because they do not like his viewpoint. The most obvious point here are people posting who have no clue what filing a ripoffreport is about. To me, if someone does not understand the scope of ripoffreport, the report is invalid.

PL's lie in order to get their way with almost zero consideration for those they bulldoze over. You like to slam Mr Ptolemy's character, yet have virtually no info. Where did you do business with him? Where do you know him? What city is Acutus Entertainment located? How many of Mr Ptolemy's productions have you personally viewed? How would you know our industry figures and policies?

Margaret Williams has waged a Vendetta against this Producer for being exposed on "The GayDiamond Trilogy". Her gun-toting threats, harassment of minors, fake "prophecies", and flat-out fraudulent collections for a home that was NOT damaged by Hurricane Ike; while personally appointing herself a spokesperson for the Gay community are just a few examples.

She has harassed Mr Ptolemy with false flagging DMCA's despite giving Acutus Entertainment permission to use the footage. She changed her tune when she realized the show was exposing her. Nonethess, "fair use" makes the series completely legal: a cautionary tale about internet behavior and an alert for families that may be affected by this individual.

Margie's harrassment and threatening emails are hardly limited to Mr Ptolemy; she recently posted over 65 pages of threatening comments on a minor's YouTube channel. She's also displayed obsessive stalking behaviors toward a woman we will only name as Rebecca. Margaret Williams harasses anyone who disagrees with her, and is known for long, profanity-filled emails and comments against them. She recently contacted everyone on Mr Ptolemy's MySpace friend list: she thought Madonna would turn against Acutus by swearing at her!

If you encounter this individual, do NOT interact with her. If you also find yourself a victim, please notify the authorities.

Acutus Ptolemy is claiming everyone one that has written the rip off reports is Margerie.  That is not true. I spoke with her about this abuser.  Accusations of Actus Ptolemy's abuse toward ItsMsMargie/Margerie Brubaker can be easily proves truthful. The derogatory manner in which he is using illegal video clips of her is one way to clearly see the truth, in his  "TheGayDiamondTrilogy."  She has the audio tape of Acutus calling in her blog talk radio show blatantly harassing her. She has scores of documented emails and comments from him that are more than enough proof of her truthfulness.  He was well aware in the beginning of 2008 that Margerie Brubaker did not want her copyrighted videos used without permission and in fact she filed official DMCA take down notices. He received those but Acutus chose to break the law and continue uploading her edited copyrighted segments in his videos. He simply had no intention of following the law and disregarded the notices. This can all be proven in court and Margerie is eager to file on Acutus and have him served but he is evasive and will not provide his real information. Acutus Ptolemy has teamed up with you tube user who is a convicted felon that has been harassing ItsMsMargie on youtube since 2007.  The truth is Margerie Brubaker has had to make a chronological order of events of this womans threats and implied threats on you tube and report them to the FBI. Acutus Ptolemy was reported at that time also to the FBI in Houston as a co-conspirator, so Margerie would love to file a civil suit againt Acutus Ptolemy if she knew where to have him served and present all her evidence. These reports about Acutus Ptolemy are true. The abuse is true.
