Breen Homes is a dishonest and crooked company. I would be wary of working with Adam. I have seen his work and it involves covering up mistakes to avoid alerting the home owner of anything wrong. One instance he had a supporting structure misaligned so much it missed the foundation and was placed on dirt. Instead of correcting the mistake, cement was poured around the beam making it appear to be supported by cement. This was one of many mistakes that cost in the tens of thousands. Doubled and triple billed, plus many more. Other reviewers on him are friends or family with whom he works. I would avoid any hassle and find another company to contract for your custom build.

Dear Consumer. We are saddened to hear that you were not fully satisfied with your custom home experience. This is highly uncharacteristic of Breen Homes and its commitment to excellence. At Breen Homes, we know that our homes build our reputation. Over the last eight years, we have constructed numerous quality homes and have countless satisfied customers. Unfortunately, we are unable to determine which home is referenced in your review. Please contact me (Adam Breen) directly to discuss your complaint. I would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns and work to resolve your issues. Breen Homes takes online reviews and complaints seriously.
Although we cannont claim perfection we do strive to catch any and all construction mistakes along the way during the build process. We would love the chance to review such serious claims you state. Breen Homes always stands behind a commitment to avoiding construction defects and our HBW 2010 warranty on every home. If a beam support was in fact missed and on the plans as a structural engineering call out we would happily remedy the issue with no complaint.
If you are not a client but have posted this on behalf of someone else, Breen Homes would like to discuss the matter with you or our previous customer directly. However, if you have made this post to intentionally injure Breen Homes’ business, please know that there are serious legal consequences the will be persued and this post should be removed immediately.
