Where to start. It seems that Adam Rhodes real name is Adam Hathcock is the person whom I met on several occasions attempting to provide capital services. However the very same person Adam Hatcock filled for personal bankruptcy and never performed a legal name change and chose to start calling himself Adam H. Rhodes. He also uses the dame John Davidson and is bold enough to sign his emails John Davidson MBA.
So Adam keeps popping up in a different business every few months it seems. From Investment Banking, Energy Efficiency, Medical Funding, Cable TV, Real Estate etc. None are producing companies of significance etc.
Regardless much like his other ripoff report, he brings nothing to the table. Any contact that he claims to have ever materializes. He works to get in your business along with your business contacts. He tries to convey he brings something to the table and never does. He will sign NDA’s or any document you want him to sign with his fake name only to later come back around and circumvent your contacts with his own agenda. No responsibility at all. His personal bankruptcy spells that out quite clearly. I receive 2-3 phones call per annual asking about him or he calls himself with some new scheme of which he always professes to be expert in. So when has a new sucker on board he perpetrates he is in the industry flavor of the month and he is expert with all sorts of connections. Adam is just one of another group of people that never have anything of their own. They always ride the coattails of other successful people then holds himself out to be expert. He befriends people and discards them like last nights dinner. He has no loyalty and no track record to speak of.
So beware of the fake name Adam H. Rhodes. His real name is Adam Hathcock who is a washed up bankrupt real estate hack that brings nothing at all to the table.

Well you have this one wrong Adam, Adem - John or whoever you want tobe today. You continually reference the post from the other guy you ripped off trying to hide behind the same old real estate deal you ripped others off with. These are new claims, I notice no comment from you about your using John Davidson MBA as an alter ego etc. As of June 2015 your up to the same wild wacky claims and yet you bring nothing to the table.

This is another slanderous report by Jon Scott Ashjian. He posted a bunch of “anonymous” posts back in 2011 and now he’s back at it again.
Here's the rebuttal from the first such post before I moved Hathcock (stepdad’s name) to a middle name and added my biological father's name, Rhodes two years ago.
Here's my rebuttal to that initial post...

Google "Scott Ashjian Scam" and see what else you find. I've witnessed him pull a gun on people in his office in a quite executive meeting. Its unfortunate because his father, mother and two brothers are all successful class acts.
My advice to Scott Ashjian is to take his losses like the rest of us without resorting to untruthful anonymous lies with the intent of harming honest people's reputations. This is a malicious, unethical, dishonest attempt to damage my reputation because I sit on the Board of an Internet Startup. Scott Ashjian is the worst type of cancer that without cause will slander honest, hardworking people's reputation without a second thought.
For those interested in the reputation of the poster -- Mr. Jon Scott Ashjian, and what type of character Mr. Ashjian has -- this is from another poster:

It doesn't surprise me that Mr. Jon Scott Ashjian attempts to hide behind "anonymous" posts. Scott Ashjian has slandered at least three other individuals and companies in town that I'm aware of. Here’s a bunch more links to get a feel for his character:
As the founder of DFG, I personally lost several million dollars invested alongside DFG's lenders and investors. Over the course of DFG's history it borrowed and subsequently repaid several tens of millions in real estate loans. DFG, like so many other reputable commercial real estate investment companies, after turning out years of profits, was hit in the 2007-2008 real estate and financial crisis. Approximately 80% of the equity invested in DFG's real estate investments were from past company-generated profits with approximately 20% from outside capital partners. Scott Ashjian was one of a few outside lenders to DFG. DFG borrowed and repaid over $550,000 to Scott Ashjian and his younger brother B. Ashjian, who I won't mention here but who can attest to any of these facts and who is still a friend. Scott Ashjian's portion of total DFG bad debt was $55k when DFG went into insolvency while developing a $60 million, 150,000 sq ft. Asian-themed, grocery-anchored shopping center at Warm Springs and Jones in Las Vegas, Nevada in the middle of the real estate crisis. Scott's younger brother lost $55k as well and is still a friend, a person of integrity, class, and ethics. I guess all one can do is attempt to forgive Scott and hope things turn around for him.
