Adam M Ludwin from Ludwin Law Group in Delray Beach, FL is responsible for nearly $2 million in losses related to a false loan application and other fraudulent conduct, including stealing our customers banking information and opening credit cards in their names.
Beginning in March of 2017,Adam M Ludwin, executed schemes to defraud our banking institution through a series of false loan applications for boats allegedly sold and concocted a bankruptcy scheme to conceal property rightfully belonging to the creditors of the business.In addition, Ludwin schemed by luring our clients by listing their yachts/boats with Gatsbyyachts.com or purchasing an already listed yacht to potential buyers. Ludwin would then collect the victims social security number, date of birth and banking information and populate that data with banks to issue credit fraudulent credit cards. Over seven victims have already come forward to us.
Think twice befoe retaining Adam M ludwin for his services, i hope this post saves more people from becoming victims of Ludwin.

Please take notice that Gatsby Yacht Group, LLC, (“Plaintiff”) initiated an action in the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York, Suffolk County, cause number CV-18 4242 (“the Action”), based on a debt owed by Matthew Proman to Gatsby Yacht Group, LLC. and is seeking injunctive relief concerning the foregoing false and defamatory statements allegedly made by, or at the direction of, “Matthew Proman.” In the Action, Plaintiff seeks to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures, LLC for your identifying contact information to be sent to Ludwin Law Group, P.A. at: 85 S.E. 4th Avenue, Suite 105, Delray Beach, FL 33486 or [email protected].
