Please see above. Not sure why this site is making it so hard to state my claim. I already wrote out the problem and now they won't allow me to copy and paste it here.
I paid $500 to gain access for NPC 5.0 the predecessor to NPFC in 2015 and it wasn't until I made the purchase that I began to realize the product had substandard templates. Maybe the templates offered worked when eCommerce first came online in the 90s but not so much in 2015. The way the system was set up, members had to use Adam's templates and that funneled all the customers into their database. I requested an upgrade to the templates but to no avail. Then a couple red flags appeared! First they shut down the forum so all the members couldn't communicate as we were beginning to see that all their promises were just hype. When the support tickets began flooding in asking why, then they posted a message saying that they were working on an upgrade to NPC 6.0 and we'd all be upgraded soon. That was 3 years ago! I have written to them multiple times asking for the upgrade an while support says they're forwarding my messages to Adam, I never get a response. If they would just honor the upgrade, I would try to work with it as I know I will never get my money back but they're just ignoring us and the folks from their upgrade product NPFC who also has a scam report on this website. All, I can say is their products are some of the most expensive and they'll let you down every time! Don't do business with these scammers!

NPC 5.0 has resolved the issue satisfactorily. I am happy with how they handled my complaint and advise anyone to just contact support for a resolution if they have an issue.
