At Adapt of Texas in Dallas the Medication Nurse attempted to unlawfully hand over a business card with her own cell number written on the back after medicines did not arrive again on schedule.
Instructions were then given for Medication Nurse to call the landlord of individual being badgered as leaving message once medicine shipments were lined out again.
The card in question will be handed over to a News Team!
There is a situation effecting a longtime Rated/Ranked Arkansan that needs no Mental Health Care and he is being harrassed as medication is forced on himself.
In recent months many IRS Case Notices were issued...
