Adaptable Realty, LLC Brian Peoples, Jackie, Hedges & Homes They did not return our last months rent or any of our deposits. They have done this to others and are frauds and scammers. They avoid all calls and give run around excuses. BEWARE!!! Short Hills, New Jersey
We rented a house from Adaptable Realty, LLC and owner Raymond Willer, from July 2008-August 2009. We were never returned any of our Deposits or our last months rent. We get the run around, unanswered phone calls, and complete lies. The previous tenant told us the same thing happened to him. He had to file a law suit. I am unsure what the outcome was.
We were excellent tenants who paid every dime. We are furious about the situation and have since discovered that there is a long list of complaints against this company and in particular, Brian Peoples.
