Ade Fasanya of cheng and fasanya corrupt, unethical, nasty, lazy lawyer who fails to represent his clients best interests or wishes, and is always late for court. He meddles in matters that are not his business and takes bribes, New York New York
Mr. Fasanya is such a corrupt and horrible lawyer. He is abusive to litigants and talks to judges and their court staff unethically about you to cause you harm in your case. He thinks he is really slick but needs to lose his license to practice law in our state asap as he is a danger to children and mothers. He is a man's lawyer because he is from Nigeria where he is a PRINCE and there they can have multiple wives and they do. In Nigeria women cannot vote, have custody of their children, they cannot own land as they are just baby mammas see how he abused mother in Robin's case before Judge Siegel by taking her child after she was full time mother all of her child all of his life and without a hearing he had the judge give custody to the father for no sane reason over 2 years ago he continues to extort legal fees from the mother and the court allows this abuse of litigants in our courts where we are to get justice. Mr. Fasanya is not unbiased person and the courts must not allow those with a cultural bias to decide custody of our children. He also had a problem with Sean Delevan whom he went after like crazy in anger. Mr. Fasanya is so corrupt and works with the corrupt folks who run our courts and our judges. the system must be revamped asap. Mr. Fasanya is married to a Chinese lawyer and has two children and wonder how he would feel to have someone monitoring when he could see his kids. this lawyer must be taken off the 18b panel and be removed from practicing in our courts write complaints to grievance commitee, inspector general, to harriet weinberger at appellate division, to attorney general

I am responding to the Report against the character and work ethic and principle of Mr Fasanya.
I completely and totaly disagree with the report and the castigation of Mr Fasanya as being an irresoponsible unethical attorney. I worked with him for 9 years and i can categorically say that the report is biased and seems to be rooted in feelings of hatred or at least dislike for the role Mr Fasanya played with regards to a case involving the reporter, in which the reporter must have been on the other side of the case from Mr Fasanya. As an attorney Mr Fasanya is expected to represent his client and their position very strongly.
Mr Fasanya has never represented his nation of birth, Nigeria in any such manner as reported. He is a class guy and so is his wife and it is rather appalling that someone would actually be so abrasive in the characterization of the gentleman. And to clarify, in Nigeria though a different culture from America, women do vote, hold top political posts and own property and have rights just like men do. This can easily be clarified on google.
Finally I would say the negative report on Mr Fasanya should be ignored and not taken as seriously as it seems to infer. If it were not so, why didnt the reporter file a complaint against him and seek his disbarment. But because the accusations hold no real substance it cannot be brought up.
