Since my last entry, I have been in contact with Adova Health, and Cinergy Health. It seems that the information that was sent to me connecting Cinergy Health to Adova was incorrect. Some how Cinergy's Web Site was programmed into Adova's information somewhere down the line and it was in error, according to both companies. I am satisfied that Cinergy Health is not connected in any way to Adova Health. They are totally separate entities. I was given misinformation and both companies have been helpful in resolving my issue. Adova has refunded part of my initial payment with the balance in process of being refunded. I live in a rural area and this kind of service is not something people can use here. The gentlemen I have spoken to have been very cordial and helpful, as well as understanding. I do appreciate your help. To date, I am satisfied with the outcome. Cordially,

Just wanted to let you know, as of today, 09,02,2006,I have received no refund or even heard from these people.
