We contacted Ado Bozeman, via friend referral, to tear out an old tub enclosure shower wall made of backer board. He quoted a price and stated the job would take two to three days to complete, once he could locate the materials. NOTE: we went with the same material to minimize costs, as we were putting the home on the market.
After waiting a few days, we informed him where he could obtain the materials. He picked them up; however, he failed to cover them in his open bed truck. It rained that night & the materials were ruined. More material had to be purchased. He also mentioned all of his tools were now wet.
Three weeks after he began the job, the bathroom was still not completed. Days went by where we would call & text to see if he was going to show up. Sometimes he'd show, but more often than not we'd receive an excuse or no show.
The shower head wall was erroneously installed without a marking, resulting in numerous 'guess drillings' to find the correct spot. We were promised a large flange to cover the 'extra' holes, but never received one. At just under a month, he mentioned the shower could be used after a couple of days. We waited four days, just to make sure everything was cured.
In fact, it wouldn't have mattered how long we waited to use the shower, because the walls were not caulked / sealed properly. Two of the shower walls began to show water damage almost immediately.
I called Ado and he promised, on two occasions, to come by and take a look. He was a no show both times. After that, he didn't return our calls.
Due to Adrian (Ado) Bozeman's incompetency and lack of business ethics, we are unable to recommend him for any home repairs.
