This Ebay seller is clippercutie. His name is Adrian Chen from Silicon Valley Pheripherals in Freemont, CA.
I recently purchased a 12 MP Digital Camera from one of his Ebay auctuions.
My total investment including a whopping $ 26.99 for inflated shipping, was $ 58.99 for the camera (including postage).
The camera was physically damaged upon receipt. The USB cable supplied with camera did not fit the camera, and it did not work as listed.
I asked the seller if I could return the camera for a refund, and he said sure, but that I would have to pay a restocking charge (and this was going to be $ 30.00) plus postage to return the item.
I gave the seller a negitive feedback on Ebay. He applied and paid extra to have a Square Trade mediator try to get me to return the camera for a refund of $ 44.00 less the $ 8 to 9.00 actual postage I would have had to pay to return the item.
So I would have lost a total of around $ 22.00 for the priviledge of returning the item to him for a partial refund. I chose not to return the item, and also not to withdraw my negitive feedback that I gave him....he also gave me a negitive.
This whole transaction was a total disaster from beginning to end. In 10 years of buying selling on Ebay, I think this is perhaps the worst transaction I've ever had to deal with.
My advice....... stay away from Adrian Chen (clippercutie) from Silicon Valley Peripherals. His feedback is very bad. He has lots of sales, but in the last month alone he has had over 100 customers who have given him a negitive feedback on Ebay.
