Zuan Xin Lucky Dragon Chinese Mobile Phone Entertainment Enterprises is the world leader in mobile Chinese gaming expert apps. The company engaged supposedly Las Vegas-based mobile applications project management consultant Adrian Kimmitt to lead the development on the company’s famous mobile Baccarat app Zuan Xin Lucky Dragon Baccarat.

Immediately upon inducing the company into working with him, Mr Kimmitt disappeared to Canada as a result of being deported but without disclosing such. Instead he crafted the legend of a legal tangle and then induced his empathetic client to pay his invoices immediately so as to help him get back to the US.

Mr Kimmitt fraudulently guided his client onto a gaming apps development platform that had little or no development talent resource available in the US such guidance being to his business advantage but putting the company in a very disadvantageous position with him and with respect to its delivery deadlines.

Over the course of his well-compensated work on the app, Mr Kimmitt was consistently slow to grasp what the app entailed and consistently delivered substandard work product that was obviously untested. His poor performance and disdain for his client caused substantial business delays and loss of face to the company.

Worse yet, when there developed legitimate substantive customer complaints and disputes over overbillings, Mr Kimmitt did not work to resolve the matter but instead planned and executed a sophisticated cyberterrorist attack on the app that caused substantial direct costs and cost the company business opportunities as well.

Mr Kimmitt used his substantial software and systems knowledge to alter and manipulate the company’s cloud server without authorization in such a way that he could take remote control of the app and use such control to facilitate extortion against the company for money not earned and for assistance from the company undeserved. The stress that these acts inflicted caused an executive of the company to become ill enough to require a visit to the emergency room.

Mr Kimmitt did not perform at best quality when he was doing what he was well paid to do for the app, but according to experts his computer crimes against a famous mobile app were perpetrated at best quality.

This offshore fraudster who calls himself a mobile apps consultant nearly killed a good and honorable company whose famous app helps countless Baccarat players around the world learn how to play the biggest game in history that heretofore has been represented as a game whose only strategy is pure luck.

What is worst about this misconduct is that for the first two-thirds of the project Mr Kimmitt was paid for his fees immediately upon presentation of what turned out to be fraudulent exaggerated invoices.

One last warning, further inquiry as to Mr Kimmitt reveals the distinct possibility that he operates under one or more aliases. But the image is him.
