When you call the phone number 866-491-0007 to cancel service, it states it is no longer active so you can't cancel service there. The auto message tells you to email [email protected] I emailed a month ago with no reply and got charged again this month.

My appologies, this complaint falls under a customers must be accountable for due diligence. Which I admit to being guilty of in this instance as well.
When a customer is placing the order for the Social Media Products book and software, they are asked if they want to be signed up for the VIP Social Media Learning Center website, which carries a monthly subscription. It also states that the subscription includes 30 days free access to evaluate.
Unfortunately if they select "no" they don't want the subscription, they are told it will be added to their order anyway as it can be cancelled at anytime during the 30 days without any additional charges.
Where I believe many customers get caught, is they forget they need to cancel the subscription for the VIP Social Media Learning Center website. (www.smlearningcenter.com) The customer needs to call the number on the VIP Social Media Learning Center certificate that was recieved in the package shipped with the book. (Which is 1-866-491-0007 for anyone who has lost or thrown out the certificate.)
From there all the customer needs to do is call and cancel the billing. They requested my phone number, and asked for my last name to verify the account on their end, gave me a order number confirming the process plus refunded my last billing.
I hope this helps anyone who is frustrated with the repeated billing they have been dealing with.

I went to a 3-day training to learn how to do affiliate marketing on social media and it was a complete waste of money. Anyone who googles how to do online affiliate would know that you need to join an affiliate program and advertise your affiliate offers on a site, search engine, or a social media network. Why did I have to pay $1500 for Adrian to finally say something along the lines of "You know what guys, local affiliate marketing is better and what you need is this fancy software I'll give you to get traffic, TRAFFIC is key!".... Seriously? Couldn't he have had said that up front before reeling me in?

Adrian Morrison social media profits form your home They are taking 49.95 out of my checking account for learning . I paid for one time and purchased the programme after seeing on TV. Not knowing that this is a fraud company. Now they start taking money out of my Bank of America account. Called my bank to stop the payment and they told me, after the money is take out I can dispute it, but the will not stop the payment this time..but note on my file. I am going to close my account and forced no more to purchase anything on the phone! Something got to be done! Dont know where to go or where to report...this is not the only transaction fraud, Where is the bank protecting us??? it just bothers me not knowing where I could be protected from people like Adrian Morrison????
