ADT ripoff wrecked my wiring messed up my phone lines never used the service now they'rd raising rates Nationwide
I have never actually used my ADT. Everytime I tried to arm the system it wiped out my computer and messed up my phone line. I had them come back out and they said nothing was wrong. My computer would not work and my phone was messed up but ADT said it was ok. I had to drop verizon as my internet service because the inside phone lines are messed up.
I tried to drop the service but Adt said I had a contract and would have to pay it off in order to drop the service I cannot afford to pay that amount in one fell swoopand now they have the nerve to say they are raising the rates...I am pissed and although they say you can get thru to them it is impossible to speak with a human if you have trouble with the system or their business. I don't know if they are of any value to protect me or not I have never been able to use the service!!!

how to fix phone problem

first type of panel if can open up pull plug on phone jack should fix phone alarm installers are not phone repairmen was system installed by adt or others adt should have truck with logo and uniforms others are subs or dealers raising rates only if you changed service rate should stay what you signed contract for! system will not kill your computer have phone company check inside lines for shorts that will kill your phone line did you go from pot line to cable if system still hooked to phone line it wont work unless hooked to modem to power other jacks contact adt at 1800 adt asap
