I contacted Advance Auto Glass in August to get quote on windshield replacement ,few weeks before i caught a rock and my windshield was cracked in the middle .

Advance auto glass came back to me with very reasonable price and i ordered replacement .

Few days later repair tech  came with new windshield  and and my nightmare began with Advance Auto Glass.

after 3 hours struggling with new windshield  technician said to me that new windshield doesn’t fit my vehicle he said that he managed to install it somehow but he need to come back in 1.2 days with another windshield , i said ok  what choice do i have .

In 2 days Advance Auto Glass tech came back with 2nd windshield and again it took him almost 3 hours to install it,

when i start checking my vehicle Audi A8L  and started  engine i noticed bunch of error messages on my display i asked technician what is going on why i see error on emergency braking system , lane departure  and cruise control error .Technician reply was i dont know i connected all wires back on ,i  said well you did something wrong , Tech gave me invoice and replied pay .

I called Audi dealership  (Cascade Audi In Akron OH) and scheduled appointment  in 4 days i took my Audi in, and 3 hours later Service adviser Todd called me and said  that  who ever installed new windshield damaged all connectors and camera inside my AUDI, also Todd said that windshield was installed incorrectly and its sticking out on right side 15mm.

Audi sent me bunch of pictures of  damaged components and misaligned windshield measurement on right side.

Right away  i contacted Advance Auto Glass and for 3 days i was leaving voicemails and bagging receptionist to get me to manager .

Finally on 4th day i was able to speak with David  their manager  who didnt want to give his last name

I emailed him all pictures of damages and David agreed to sent Advance Auto Glass tech to look at the damages.

At the time my Audi was still at the dealership , Advance auto glass tech came and looked at the damages and spent few minutes with Audi service adviser and agreed that they made damages  and left.

After that day i was not able to speak to David i left 11 voicemails and 5 emails .i was put on hold disconnected and hang up on.

All i want from advance auto glass to make it right and pay for damages that their technician made .

$3700 in damages inside my vehicle.

I really hope you guys can help me .
